Sheryl Lee (née le 22 avril 1967) est une actrice américaine. Elle a attiré l'attention internationale pour ses performances en tant que Laura Palmer et Maddy Ferguson dans la série télévisée culte de 1990 Twin Peaks et dans le film de 1992 Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me. Elle est également connue pour avoir incarné la photographe Astrid Kirchherr dans Backbeat (1994) et pour ses rôles dans Vampires (1998) et Winter's Bone (2010), ainsi que pour ses rôles dans des séries télévisées dans LA Doctors, Kingpin, One Tree Hill et Dirty Sexy.
